The River Club is a 4-story condominium located directly on the Halifax River. Our building offers stunning east-facing views of the river and the Daytona Beach Shores skyline. It is situated on the west side of the Intracoastal, just a short drive to local attractions and the beach.
Amenities include a large pool with a deck, a fitness center, picnic tables, BBQ facilities, all situated in a serene riverside setting.

The River Club, Inc. was established to create a safe, welcoming community and to oversee the enforcement of the building’s bylaws and covenants. The association is managed by a volunteer board of directors, elected by residents.
The board encourages you to attend our monthly meetings to stay updated on community developments, participate in decision-making, and connect with board members and fellow residents.

The purpose of the Architecture Review Board (ARC) is to ensure that the size, style, building materials, and overall appearance of a new structure align with the association’s design standards. Therefore, before starting a new project or making changes to an existing, homeowners MUST submit their plans to the Architectural Review Committee to ensure compliance with these requirements.

All properties are subject to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Easements, and Reservations, commonly referred to as the Covenants or CC&Rs, as established by the developer.
Additionally, the Articles of Incorporation, also known as the Certificate of Incorporation or Corporate Charter, are the foundational documents that outline the rules governing the management of our community. These documents are filed with relevant state and/or regulatory agencies.
