IMPORTANT INFO

The purpose of the Architecture Review Board (ARC) is to ensure that the size, style, building materials, and overall appearance of a new structure align with the association’s design standards. Therefore, before starting a new project or making changes to an existing, homeowners MUST submit their plans to the Architectural Review Committee to ensure compliance with these requirements.

Architectural review requests must include detailed drawings and a survey showing the proposed changed drawn to scale. After ARC approval, all changes are subject to requirements of Daytona Beach and/or Volusia County permitting. If a permit is required, please submit a copy to the ARC.

You can send additional required information, including survey and/or pictures to ARC & Covenant Enforcement at support@toutmgmt.com.

All properties are subject to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Easements, and Reservations, commonly referred to as the Covenants or CC&Rs, as established by the developer.

We encourage all homeowners to take the time to carefully review the CC&Rs and other governing documents to ensure compliance and understanding of the community’s rules and regulations.

The Articles of Incorporation, also known as the Certificate of Incorporation or Corporate Charter, are the foundational documents that outline the rules governing the management of our community. These documents are filed with relevant state and/or regulatory agencies.
